Pilot workflow · Claude Code
Session skills → Import R&D Activity → People & Hours
Three installable skills segment a live coding session, write experiment and potential related-activity Markdown files, and leave git alone. Drop the files into SR&ED Copilot for human review; estimated hours become draft People & Hours rows.
- Work in Claude Code
- Run
/sred-log(uses segment + support as needed) - Files land in
sred/*.md— no auto-commit - Import R&D Activity → review cards → approve
- Experiments / related activities + People & Hours drafts appear
sred-segment
Splits one session into distinct technological questions and potential related work. Hour splits follow observable timing; no upward rounding.
sred-log
Writes one experiment Markdown file per investigation, matching SR&ED Copilot import fields (with session-log aliases).
sred-support
Writes potential related/support activity files. Never claims eligibility — humans decide later.
Install
Unzip the package. For each skill folder, copy it into ~/.claude/skills/<name>/ with SKILL.md inside. Sample files are included for a dry-run import.
